How It Works

Most companies say recognition matters and then hand out a certificate. We built a currency. When a superintendent catches a conflict before it hits the field, when a crew's hazard reports and near-miss catches keep everyone going home whole, when a teammate stays late to bail out someone else's deadline — coin moves.

Any employee can nominate any other employee. A person — never an algorithm — approves every award, and approved recognitions go up on the wall for the whole company to see. The coin lands in your wallet; the story lands in the culture.

Can I buy Elevens?
No — and that's the point. Elevens can't be bought, sold, or traded. Every coin in circulation was earned by someone doing good work. It has no cash value and never leaves the Eleven Western family.
Are Elevens a cryptocurrency?
Not today. It runs on a company ledger where every coin is tracked from the moment it's earned to the moment it's spent. We're exploring an on-chain future — our lawyers get the first word on that, not our engineers.
How do I earn Elevens?
Work here, and build for the better. Coins are awarded — always at the company's discretion — for things like hazard reporting and safety leadership, project completions, service, and peer recognition. Any teammate can nominate you, and every award has a person's name behind it.

Elevens (formerly EWB Coin) is the internal employee-recognition program of Eleven Western Builders, Inc. It is not a cryptocurrency, security, or financial instrument; it has no cash value, cannot be purchased or transferred, and is redeemable only within the Eleven Western company store, subject to the program terms. Awards are always at the company's discretion, and reporting a safety concern never affects anyone's recognition. Talking about it at the dinner table is encouraged.
