EWB’s qualification statement lists more than a dozen Chick-fil-A projects across California and Nevada — Livermore (including the shell building and tenant improvement), Spring Valley, Daly City, Carson, Victorville, Torrance, San Diego, La Mirada, San Jose, and Las Vegas among them — spanning ground-up restaurants, shells, and tenant improvements.
What QSR programs demand
Quick-service restaurant work is opening-date construction: kitchen equipment choreography, drive-through logistics, brand-standard finishes, and health-department sign-offs that all converge on a date the operator has already staffed for. Repeat awards from a brand with Chick-fil-A’s construction standards are earned one on-time opening at a time.
